- Controller: built-in intelligent algorithm (such as PID control), realizes quantitative setting, real-time monitoring and automatic start and stop, supports touch screen operation and remote communication (RS485/Internet of Things).
- Flow cut-off device: solenoid valve or electric valve (solenoid valve is preferred, which responds faster), combined with pump control to achieve precise flow cut-off.
- Typical configuration: flow meter → controller → solenoid valve/pump.
2. Working principle
The real-time flow data is fed back to the controller through the flow meter. When the accumulated flow reaches the preset value, the controller outputs a signal to close the valve or stop the pump. The error range is usually ≤±0.5% (normal temperature conditions).
